Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Career & Courses Academy, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all PRATIBHA Scholarship Test applicants. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before registering.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 By Candidate: Once you have successfully booked your exam slot and paid the ₹100 fee, you cannot cancel your registration. However, you may request a change of date/time slot up to 7 days prior to your scheduled exam date, subject to availability. Slot change requests must be sent via email to hrd@careerandcourses.com with your registration details.

1.2 By Academy: Career & Courses Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an exam slot due to technical issues, insufficient registrations, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you via email/SMS and provide an alternative slot or a full refund of the ₹100 fee.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Fee: The ₹100 registration fee is non-refundable if you fail to appear for the exam on your scheduled date and time, or if you cancel your registration for personal reasons.

2.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios: A full refund of ₹100 will be issued in the following cases:

• The exam is cancelled by Career & Courses Academy and no alternative slot is provided.
• Duplicate payment made by the candidate for the same registration (only one fee will be retained, the duplicate will be refunded).
• Technical failure from our end prevents you from taking the exam despite your presence.

3. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

• Send a refund request email to hrd@careerandcourses.com within 15 days of the exam date.
• Include your full name, registered mobile number, email ID, exam date, and reason for refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after verification.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking).

4. No Show Policy

If you do not log in for your scheduled exam at the selected date and time, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. You will need to register afresh for a future exam slot.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the PRATIBHA Scholarship Test conducted by Career & Courses Academy. By registering for the exam, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The PRATIBHA Scholarship Test is open to students currently studying in Class V to Class XII (or equivalent) from any recognized school board in India. Candidates must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

2. Exam Registration & Fee

• Registration requires payment of a non-refundable fee of ₹100.
• Only one registration per candidate is permitted. Multiple registrations using different email IDs/mobile numbers may lead to disqualification.
• The exam slot (date and time) once booked cannot be changed except as per our cancellation policy.

3. Exam Conduct & Integrity

Candidates must adhere to the following rules during the online exam:

• The exam must be taken individually without any external assistance.
• Use of unfair means, impersonation, or cheating will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the registration fee.
• Technical issues from the candidate's end (internet failure, power outage, device malfunction) will not be grounds for refund or rescheduling.
• We may use proctoring tools to monitor exam integrity.

4. Scholarship Award

• Scholarships are awarded based on merit and performance in the PRATIBHA test.
• The scholarship amount/percentage is at the sole discretion of Career & Courses Academy and may be subject to verification of documents.
• Scholarships are applicable only for admission to Career & Courses Academy's Integrated Residential Coaching Programs (NEET, JEE, CLAT).
• Scholarships cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to exam questions, study material, logos, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of Career & Courses Academy and is protected under Indian copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Career & Courses Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in the exam. Our total liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid by you.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
